Modular Structures
Our modular structures are engineered using aluminum or steel structural systems, tailored to the function of the building, architectural requirements, and the climatic and geographic conditions of the project location. Developed for operating conditions ranging from –40°C to +50°C, the systems can incorporate PVC membrane roofing with a minimum 10-year warranty, depending on project requirements. All structural components are selected in accordance with international standards, using certified products and considering relevant environmental criteria.
Compared with conventional reinforced-concrete and traditional construction methods, modular systems can provide up to approximately 60% time savings in production and installation. Thanks to their demountable construction, structures can be relocated to a different site, reconfigured according to changing requirements, or adapted to serve a different function. A structure of approximately 800 m² can typically be manufactured within 3 weeks, with on-site installation completed in approximately 7 working days.
The system can be applied across a wide range of uses, from boutique retail stores and showrooms to exhibition, concert, and event venues; from hotels and accommodation units to healthcare facilities; and from post-disaster living spaces to additional facilities for sports venues. It can also be architecturally and functionally customized for offices, educational buildings, social facilities, and special projects requiring either temporary or permanent solutions.
