Modular Sports Halls
Our modular sports halls are fully integrated building systems in which design, engineering, production, transportation, and installation are planned as a single process, enabling facilities to be commissioned within a short timeframe. Under suitable project conditions, the complete process can be completed in approximately 45 days. Thanks to their demountable construction, the facilities can be relocated to a different site, reconfigured according to changing requirements, and reassembled using different layout options.
The primary structural system is designed according to project requirements using specially engineered aluminum alloys or hybrid construction systems, with a focus on low maintenance requirements, long service life, and high structural performance. Sports halls can be designed in village, district, provincial, semi-Olympic, and full Olympic configurations, according to the intended use and capacity requirements. A minimum service life of 20 years is envisaged. Roof membranes are selected in accordance with international standards, while structural calculations are prepared based on project requirements and, where required, supported by approvals from relevant technical authorities. The system can be adapted to different climatic conditions while allowing for aesthetic and ergonomic architectural solutions.
The modular construction approach provides significant advantages in transportation, site organization, and installation. The complete system can be transported in approximately three trucks, reducing on-site storage requirements and labor intensity while enabling a more controlled process in terms of time management and occupational safety. The use of recyclable materials further supports the sustainability approach, while the system can be implemented in different models and designs across various regions worldwide.
Our current production capacity is approximately 30 sports halls per month and can be increased according to project requirements. Licensing and permitting processes are evaluated in accordance with the project location and applicable local regulations. From design and engineering through production, installation, and final implementation, our sports halls can be delivered as complete turnkey solutions.
